When not scrolling through her many social feeds, you can most likely find Meghan working out at the gym, or whipping up a deliciously healthy meal. As a Google Analytics, Twitter Flight School and HubSpot Content Marketing certified professional, she sees the power that the digital world can have for a brand. The numbers never lie (usually), and she uses them to help guide marketing decisions. With a double degree in Communications and Spanish from Iowa State University, Tory uses her “Iowa Nice” background to connect with people from all walks of life. Even though she works in digital marketing, she still uses paper to make a list. Otherwise, you’ll find Tory practicing yoga followed by eating a pint of ice cream.

After graduating summa cum laude from St. Catherine University in December 2016, Isabella joined the Hubbard Interactive team ready to put her Communications, Marketing, and Graphic Design studies to use. While in school, she ran numerous social media accounts for foundations (one funded by Paris Hilton’s grandpa – yes, you read that right) and local nonprofits. Isabella started as a Social Media Coordinator, and has since moved to the role of Social Media Strategist with Hubbard Interactive. In that time she has created targeted content and paid social advertising for over 20+ industry-diverse clients. She also aides in the creative design process with her extensive Photoshop background. When she’s not working, Isabella can be found enjoying a good cup of coffee, participating in the Twin Cities foodie/art scene, and jamming out to various kinds of music. Jeremy Sinon is the VP of Digital Strategy for Hubbard Radio. A digital professional since the mid-90’s, Jeremy has seen everything from the dot-com-boom to the birth of Social Media, Mobile Apps and more. Coming from a design background, Jeremy approaches every digital problem with thinking about the user experience first and foremost. His ability to look toward the future and plan for what’s to come has helped Hubbard get ahead of the game on many modern-day digital challenges. In recent years, Jeremy was the primary force behind Hubbard designing and building their own proprietary streaming platform, mobile app and listening rewards platform.


William White

Kjersten, Owner and Co-founder of Her Spirit, believes the achievement of starting her own company and working on Her Spirit is incredible, but is outweighed by the rewarding feeling of contributing. 50% of the profits from Her Spirit will be given back to female entrepreneurs. Kjersten’s goal was to create something bigger than herself and have fun doing it. When she’s not out creating a buzz for Her Spirit, she works full time in the Healthcare industry, spends time with her rescue pup, and works with her husband on how to take the Her Spirit brand to the next level.
